We do not offer delivery. Our meals are prepared for the Davis County area and can be conveniently picked up at our location in Syracuse, UT.

For privacy reasons, the exact pickup location is not displayed on the website. However, once your order is placed, we will contact you directly to confirm the details and provide the pickup address.

We update our menu weekly! If you have a favorite you would like to see rotated back in, please share your feedback with us.

We use organic ingredients based on availability and cost. One of our driving principles is to remain mindful of quality for our clients.

The majority of our ingredients are purchased from Costco. We also shop at Sam’s Club, Trader Joe’s, and Smiths when searching for the best deals and for the freshest ingredients.

Our promise is to never use inflammatory oils (vegetable, canola, grapeseed, etc) that are known to disrupt your body’s health. The majority of our recipes are prepared using avocado or olive oil.

We cook all meals with cast iron or stainless steel.

Health codes do not allow us to reuse old containers. We encourage clients to use them however they see fit afterwards.

Meals should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 4–5 days. For longer storage, freezing is recommended. If freezing, be sure to fully thaw before reheating for best results.

The most common way and time efficient way is the microwave. For best results, we recommend removing the lid, laying a damp paper towel on top of your meal, heating for 1-2 minutes, stirring, then heating for another 1-2 minutes.

Yes! While we don’t cater, we offer options for large meal orders with advanced notice. These meals are prepared in bulk and are perfect for parties, weddings, and other events. Contact us to discuss your needs and place an order.

We require at least 5–7 days’ notice for bulk orders. This allows us to plan and source fresh, high-quality ingredients for your meals.

We strive to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible. If you have allergies or restrictions, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss options.

We allow changes to orders up to 48 hours before the pickup date. Contact us directly if you need to adjust your order.

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For more details, see our Refund & Return Policy.
